#Friday. We’re recommencing our anti-rain-at-the-weekend-dance at GPS HQ today. Based on some extremely complex calculations, (that lack of available hosting space prevents us from going into right now), our actuarial department has deemed it to be worth another very tenuous shot. So download ‘Fly Away’ for free courtesy of Ja Ja Ja and start dancing. If it decides to work this time we’ll invite you all over for some last minute alfresco dining Dalston style.

Out 7/5/2012 on Full Time Hobby (link)
#Monday. We can get into a good concept album as much as the next Stan when the mood strikes (see Unruly Dogs for supporting evidence). Bad ones we are, unsurprisingly, not so sure about. This free download from the forthcoming debut by The Magnetic North – inspired by an in dream visitation from a suicide victim of the late 1700s that takes the island of Orkney as it’s principle subject matter – has all the markings of being one of the former. Visit The Magnetic North website here.
